Farmers Market Vendor Application

Completed Applications must be returned to the City of Navasota no later than Noon on the Friday before the Market. Currently, a City Representative will act as Market Manager.

Each space measures 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
Items not listed may not be sold at the Market.
Each vendor is responsible for any licenses and/or permits needed for the sale of their items.

__ I have read and agree to abide by all of the Navasota Farmers Market’s Guidelines
__ Upon acceptance, I agree to indemnify and hold the Navasota Farmers Market, City of Navasota, officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, loss of life or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the Navasota Farmers Market by me or my family, employees or agents, and shall defend at my expense any actions brought against the Navasota Farmers Market or City of Navasota and any of their officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, and agents by the acts or omissions of me or my family, employees or agents.
__ I agree to leave my vendor space clean and free of debris no later than two (2) hours after close of the Market.
­­__ I understand that the Navasota Farmers Market requires that there is no smoking.
__ I represent that all information provided in this applications and that will be provided by me, or my authorized representatives, throughout the application process is true and correct in all respects. I understand and agree that if any of the information is false or inaccurate that the Navasota Farmers Market, I may be asked to leave.
__ I agree to allow Navasota Farmers Market to publish images of market participant’s products in promotional materials or the media. Signing this contract permits the Navasota Farmers Market to publish images.

You must agree to all of the above items and indicate your agreement in order for your application to be considered.

Terms and Conditions

Vendor must provide their own set up needs such as tents, tables, extension cords, etc. We suggest that each vendor use a shade structure such as an EZ tent and provide proper tie down to ensure stability.

The market is scheduled to be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Vendor Spaces are NOT assigned, however you will be asked to register with the Market Manger so that the City will have record of vendors in attendance. Vendors will set up the day of the market on the first come, first served basis. Vendor set up can begin as early as 7:30AM, but must be completed no later than 8:45 AM.
